The Eau Claire Cavaliers wrapped up their 2011 season with an 8-1 victory over Taylor County at Carson Park on Sunday.

Jacob Peterson pitched four shut out innings for the Cavs, allowing just one hit. The game was tied at one in the 5th, when the Cavs scored two times to take the lead and they never looked back.

The Cavaliers finish another fine season of baseball with a 35-14 overall record.
