Communication drives employee engagement and bottom line business results Leaders must be able to communicate clearly with staff, colleagues, customers and clients. Unfortunately, these key skills are rarely developed through traditional education. That’s why we offer them here! This hands-on session will cover best practices and proven techniques for communicating effectively with various audiences.

Participants in this program will:
-Assess the effectiveness of their own communication styles.
-Explore techniques for building trust with coworkers.
-Learn strategies and techniques for influencing others.
-Gain comfort in giving and receiving feedback.
-Perfect skills for building and maintaining strong relationships.

Regardless of your level of management experience, you’ll benefit from the ability to explore new communication best practices among professional peers.

This course can be taken individually or as part of the Supervisory Management Certificate Program. This is an elective course. Take any six days of electives plus the three core courses to complete your certificate.
