Parents reminded to get their kids' summer plans set
Camp directors are reminding parents to get their kids' summer camp plans straightened out before school is out!
They say now is the time to sign up for day and weeklong camps before they fill up.
The day camp director for the Eau Claire YMCA says although camps are not yet at capacity that could soon be changing as parents make the last minute dash to find summer daycare.
“Now is definitely the time to get all the paperwork in, so they can get a fun summer here at the Y. We take field trips, get the children outside and get them active,” YMCA Child Care Director Jen Brost said.
Weeklong overnight camps are also being offered.
