Oktoberfest logo unveiled in Chippewa Falls

(WEAU) - With weather that feels reminiscent of late fall, it was fitting that Chippewa Fall's Oktoberfest revealed its new logo.

Organizers showed off this year's logo Thursday afternoon at the Leinie Lodge in Chippewa Falls. There was music and plenty of "German cheer" to go along with the unveiling.

2012 Festmeister Jake Leinenkugel, along with Festmeisterin Peg Leinenkugel were there for the event.

The 11th annual Oktoberfest will run from September 20th through the 22nd at the Northern Wisconsin State Fairgrounds.
