American Legion Auxiliary 53 of Eau Claire would like to nominate owner Mary Pomerening of Yard Work and her employees, Cathy, Sally, Karen, Cheryl, Kriss and Kathy who are called the “Ladies of the Cloth”. They have provided free batting and more for the quilts made by the Auxiliary for the Women Veterans in the area. These quilts are given to the Veterans at the Stand Down hosted by the Auxiliary twice a year.
