We would love to nominate Jim and Leisa Smutney for the Sunshine Award. We have been neighbors for over a year and in this time they have shown our whole family more kindness and caring than any two people could. We and our children love them so much, words cannot express how thankful we are to have them in our lives. Their thoughtfulness is something that every family should experience. They mean so much to us and we would love for them to receive this award. They are such kind hearted people that would do anything for anyone.
