Yvonne Cox stands outside every Monday morning, rain, snow or shine, on the University of Wisconsin-Stout, to hand out muffins to all passing students. I think that Yvonne Cox deserves to receive the Sunshine Award because of these efforts. Her standing there for just a short time on Monday mornings brightens so many college students’ day.
