It is with great pleasure that I nominate a wonderful couple for the Sunshine Award. Dick Rassbach and his wife Bonnie bring sunshine into the lives of many and do it very quietly. Both are active members of the Elks Lodge and have volunteered countless hours for many, many years. (The Elks is a quiet charitable organization, where, among other things, has distributed over 2,900 free dictionaries to 3rd graders of western Wisconsin). Dick and Bonnie are very helpful to their elderly neighbor, taking care of her yard maintenance and snow removal.
