Our family wishes to send out two Sunshine Awards to the following people.
The first one is for the Sacred Heart Intensive Care Unit nurses, doctors, and emergency room staff on behalf of the Donald Welk family. The staff of Sacred Heart was very helpful during the recent experiences with our family. He passed away on Saturday, November 10th, but the staff was so very supportive during our recent loss.
The second one should be for the Eau Claire Firefighters, Engine #9 and Town of Union Firefighter, Joe Alf. Their rescue response and assistance to my mother after my father’s accident was very wonderful.
