2/7/13 - Sharon Bluedorn
My mom, Sharon Bluedorn, took care of over a hundred kids for over 30 years for the system. She didn’t take the easy kids either, but the heavy duty kids with lots of problems; mental and physical type kids. She treated all the kids like family once they walked into the house. She always had told me anyone can give birth with your body but it takes a special person to give birth with their heart! That is what she did. She adopted 5 and took guardianship of 2. She loves us as though she gave birth to us herself. I am an adult but she is still there for me. I don’t know what I would be if it wasn’t for her.
