7/27/12 - Dr. Nasima Soomar
I would like to nominate my Internal Medicine Doctor, Nasima Soomar, at the Marshfield Clinic – Oakwood Center, for the WEAU Sunshine Award. She is by far the best physician I have ever had. She is patient, she listens, is extremely thorough, and takes my concerns very seriously. She is kind, pleasant, and has saved me several times by listening to me and getting to the bottom of whatever problems I may be experiencing. At a recent visit I asked her to please not retire and she replied with, “My son needs to go through college so I will keep working to pay for his tuition.” What a fabulous woman. The nurses that work with her absolutely love her too! I think she should be recognized for her wonderful work and concern for her patients.
