I would like Mary Weible to receive a Sunshine Award. I put my wallet and cell phone on the roof of my car and drove away. Needless to say, Mary found my wallet and cell phone on State Street. She stopped, picked up everything and immediately got ahold of me. I got everything back and she refused to accept any kind of a reward. There are very few people like Mary and I am very thankful for her honesty.
