The ideal candidate is experienced in handling a wide range of executive support related tasks and is capable of working independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and have the maturity to enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting two Chief Executives. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important. The candidate will also be client-service oriented, have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have great organization skills and have the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is key.
