Foreman and Superintendent Openings

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Foreman – Partial List
• Field experience with digging operations in city and urban areas around utilities.
• Responsible for daily maintenance on construction equipment used.
• Abide ALL OSHA, company and manufacturer provided safety operational procedures and industry safety standards.
• Operate equipment such as Backhoe/loader, mini excavator, cable plow, or skid steer.
• Provide training and assistance to employees learning to be operators.
• Perform routine labor (pot-holing, set-up of equipment, conduit /duct /cable placement, set pedestals) as required.
• Manager employee relation issues.
• Provide progressive discipline when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Superintendent – In addition to Foreman duties this is a partial List
• Field experience as Foreman with utility construction operations in in city and rural areas around utilities.
• Understand operation of utility construction equipment.
• Provide training and assistance to Operators and Foreman in order to develop them into leaders.
• Keep accurate redlines/as builts.
• Keeps total footage for jobs for billing purpose.
• Approve all sub-contractor invoices.
• Provide performance evaluations for crew and communicate advancement opportunities.
• Provide progressive discipline when necessary.
• Represent Push, Inc. in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Customer relations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Foreman and Superintendent – Partial List
• Leadership capabilities.
• Ability to motivate a team.
• Must be willing to travel and be away from home for extended periods.
• Accept change and manage adversity every day.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to various locations within and/or outside of building or state, CDL Class A preferred.
• Demonstrated operational capabilities for the assigned equipment with the ability and patience to instruct and mentor other employees in the skill of operating equipment.
