MEP Associates, a nationwide multi-disciplinary mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering consulting firm specializing in innovative engineering solutions for sustainable, energy efficient building and campus infrastructure, is seeking a motivated and talented Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will work with the marketing and business development team to support marketing communications at MEP in support of all offices.
We are currently seeking the following qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field.
•Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry preferred.
•Experience with proposal/statement of qualifications preparation.
•Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Suite Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
Candidate must have the following skills and abilities:
•Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
•Demonstrated attention to detail and task follow-through.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
•Complex problem solving skills, ability to work with partial information and identify what may be necessary to effectively complete tasks.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as listening skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
•Flexible working style and willingness to occasionally modify schedule to help meet a project deadline.
