Hands for Hospice will hold its 2nd annual golf outing on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at the Whitetail Golf Course in Colfax. Golfing will begin with registration at 11 AM with a shotgun start. After golf, there will be raffles, prizes, a live auction, and social time followed by a dinner. Hands for Hospice is a group of individuals and businesses striving to keep hospice alive in Dunn County to support life and death with dignity.

Both Mayo Clinic Health System - Home Health and Hospice and St. Croix Hospice received a check for $5,000 made on behalf of the Hands for Hospice Fund of the Community Foundation of Dunn County.
This year’s event offers more opportunities for sponsorships at a variety of levels ranging from $200 - $5000.

Hospice care made a great impact on Brad Waznik and his family. That’s why he is a Hands for Hospice committee member and hopes the golf outing will continue to grow. “My mother lost her battle with cancer in January of 2015. Hospice allowed her to finish the final stages of her life with dignity, at home with her family at her side. The medical, emotional and spiritual support from hospice was something that touched the hearts of our entire family and will never be forgotten.”
