OSSEO, Wis. (WEAU) -- If you don't love garlic yet., you may just fall in love with garlic. A unique event is coming up and Hello Wisconsin cooked with garlic which can be a great addition to any dish.
Inga Witscher, host of "Around the Farm Table," is inviting guests to her rural Osseo farm to take a little something back to their own kitchens.

Witscher, whose "Around the Farm Table" will begin airing its fifth season in the fall, is hosting a weekend-long garlic sale at her small farm, St. Isidore's Mead, Sept. 16-17 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
Garlic Pesto Recipe
1 bunch basil
3 cloves of garlic
Lemon juice from 1/2 a lemon
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 450
Cut the top of a bulb of garlic
Drizzle some olive oil on the garlic
Add fresh thyme and salt and pepper
Roast the garlic for about 45 minutes or until done
We will be inviting folks out to our farm on September 16th and 17th from 10am to 5pm. People can bring a picnic and visit with the farm animals, enjoy a day at the farm and purchase fresh garlic for eating or planting.
Our family will be able to explain how to plant and harvest garlic as well as explain the day to day life on the farm and give milking demonstrations.

Turn right on County Road E
Follow E for about a mile
