CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. (WEAU) -- A local brewery is embarking on a major milestone. The Leinenkugel family started brewing in Chippewa Falls in 1867. To celebrate 150 years of tradition, the family is throwing a party and you're invited.
It’s marking its 150th anniversary celebration at the Northern Wisconsin state fairgrounds Friday Aug. 11 and Saturday Aug. 12.

Hello Wisconsin’s Courtney Everett talked with President Dick Leinenkugel about the history of the company and what it’s like to be a Leinenkugel.

The celebration will feature live music, food, games and beer.
