NOON INTERVIEW: Tree and Birdhouse Sale

CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. (WEAU)— The Lake Wissota Garden Club and the Chippewa Rod and Gun Club are partnering to present a tree and birdhouse sale.
The garden club says the locally sourced bare root plants offered are mostly native varieties which benefit pollinators more than nonnative varieties.
The bare root plants will be offered at 50 cents to $2.75 for trees and shrubs up to 36” high and $1.75 to $10 for trees and shrubs up to 8 feet tall. Homeowners can purchase just one plant or as many as they need.
Orders forms are available on our websites March 1-31.
Paper order forms will also be available at Gordy’s Downtown and Lake Wissota grocery stores, Jacobson’s Hardware downtown Chippewa Falls and Lake Wissota locations and other area convenience stores.
Orders will then be picked up on Sunday, April 22 from 9AM-12 noon. Gordy’s downtown parking lot in Chippewa Falls is the site of pickup.
