TODAY INTERVIEW: WDA Mission of Mercy

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)— The Wisconsin Dental Association (WDA) and WDA Foundation Mission of Mercy will hold a 2-day free dental clinic in Eau Claire.
It's expected that 2,000 patients will receive up to $1 million in free dental care June 17 and 18 at the Menards Conference Center.
The Center will be transformed into a large-scale, charitable dental clinic treating adults and children with limited financial resources or otherwise unable to visit a dental office.
More than 1,000 volunteer dentists, dental hygienists and assistants, dental students and community helpers from 192 communities statewide will help.
Clinic door opens at 5:30 a.m. both days; approximately 1,000 patients treated daily on first-come, first-served basis until about 5 p.m.
It will be held at the Menards Conference Center, 5150 Old Mill Plaza, Eau Claire (Please park in the volunteer designated lot and enter in volunteer door.)
