EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- We should all be more like 9-year-old Savannah.

Not only does Savannah volunteer at the Community Table in Eau Claire, but recently she took the liberty to create a fundraiser for the nonprofit by going above and beyond.

Savannah noticed during one of her volunteer times that the Community Table’s play area was bare and not very inviting. That’s when she decided to ask her school to start a fundraiser for all sorts of donations: dolls, Legos, stuffed animals, games and more. Thursday, Savannah dropped off the toys.

Savannah is a great reminder of how many wonderful people live in the Chippewa Valley.
