Arrests made after Stanley home search warrant finds drugs

STANLEY, Wis. (WEAU) -- Two people are in custody after police say officers searched a Stanley home and found drugs.

It happened Monday after the Stanley Police Department and the Taylor County Sheriff's Department obtained a search warrant for a home on the 100 block of south Broadway Street.

Officers say 28 year-old Nicole Spath and 26 year-old Zene Wiese were booked in the Chippewa County Jail for possession of meth. Officers say charges are also being recommended to the Chippewa County District Attorney for 32 year -old Brandon Hudson for possession of meth along with 34 year-old Misty Lane for possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a drug trafficking house.
