EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- Thousands of people will gather Friday for breakfast to celebrate the dairy industry.

The 20th annual Breakfast in the Valley will get underway bright and early at 5 a.m. Friday at the Eau Claire County Expo Center.

The event brings the business and agricultural communities together at the table for eggs, muffins, cheese and custard and corn flakes. Last year, more than 3,400 people were served at the breakfast with more than 300 volunteers helping to put it all on. It runs until 10 a.m.
