Early April Snowfall reports

Usually the month of April sees about 2" of snowfall. This year will be remembered as record breaking as a late season winter storm dumped heavy snow on our area.

La Crosse set a new daily snowfall record for April 3 with a one day total of 6.7". The previous record of 6.0" was set in 1945. Usually in early April our normal daily snowfall is 0.1".
