One person hurt in mobile home fire

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)-- One person was taken to the hospital Monday morning after a mobile home fire in Eau Claire.

Fire crews were called to the mobile home park on Western Avenue just before 10 a.m.

Deputy Chief Allyn Bertrang said firefighters were able to knock the fire down fairly quickly, but one person was taken to the hospital with burns.
The condition of the person is not known at this time.

An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the fire.

Damage is estimated at $25,000 for the home and $10,000 for contents inside the home.
