Phillips-Medisize to be acquired by Molex LLC, no job losses in Eau Claire

HUDSON, Wis. (WEAU)-- A spokesperson for Phillips-Medisize says the Eau Claire facility will not be affected by a recent buyout by Molex LLC.

The company announced Wednesday that it has entered into a binding agreement to be acquired by Molex. The deal is expected to be closed by the fall.

The Phillips spokesperson says the Eau Claire facility will operate as normal and there will be no job losses.

Phillips develops and manufactures services for the medical industry.
