EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- The suspect accused of robbing an Eau Claire area gas station Monday has been identified.
Eau Claire County Sheriff, Ron Cramer says Jason Allen was arrested Thursday afternoon.
He's scheduled to be in court Monday morning.
Deputies say the robbery happened just before 4:30 a.m. on Monday at the Holiday gas station in the 6100 block of Truax Lane in the Town of Union.
The suspect showed a handgun and took an undisclosed amount of cash and other items.
A search warrant was executed at Allen's home, linking him to the robbery.
EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) --A suspect has been arrested in connection to an armed robbery at an Eau Claire-area gas station.
The Eau Claire County Sheriff's Office says deputies arrested a male subject on Thursday, March 15th after their investigation into the armed robbery at the Holiday Gas station in the Town of Union early Monday morning.
After the male was arrested, a search warrant was conducted at his home in rural Eau Claire County, where investigators found other evidence linking him to the robbery.
Investigators believe the male acted alone, and they are not looking for any other suspects. His name is not being released at this time.

Sheriff Ron Cramer, with the Eau Claire County Sheriff’s Office, says a man, about 6 feet tall, caring a backpack and wearing dark clothing and a stocking mask, robbed the Holiday gas station on Truax Monday morning around 4:30 a.m.
According to Cramer, the man showed a gun during the robbery and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash. Cramer says the man ran off on foot, towards Menards.
No one was hurt.

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) --Police are responding to a report of an armed robbery in Eau Claire.
Multiple officers are surrounding the Holiday gas station on Truax Lane, off of North Crossing. Several officers were seen walking into the store with guns drawn. Police tell us crews were called to the gas station around 4:30 a.m. Monday morning for a hold-up alarm, and quickly had the entrance to the store blocked off.
There are few details at this time, as the situation is still on-going.
