EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- A teenager is charged in Eau Claire County court Tuesday after police say he and three other people jumped and robbed a man on his bike in August.

17-year-old Dylan Johnson is facing three counts, including robbery with use of force as a party to the crime.

According to a criminal complaint, the 18-year-old victim says he was riding his bike home from a friend's house in the early morning hours of August 23rd while on 3rd St. in Eau Claire. He saw three suspects get out of a car.

The victim says he started to bike away when they jumped him and took his cell phone, wallet and backpack.

Meghan McNamara, Clayton Hopkins, and Austin Waldera were previously charged in August.
