Three taken into custody after Buffalo County drug bust

ALMA, Wis. (WEAU)-- Three people are arrested in a drug investigation in Buffalo County.

Deputies with the Buffalo County Sheriff's Department, West Central Drug Task Force, and the Eau Claire SWAT team executed a drug search around 8:15 Thursday morning at a home in the Town of Glencoe, which is east of Alma.

Deputies say Travis Brugger, 45, and Chelsie Korpal, 33, were taken into custody for multiple charges including possession of meth and maintaining a drug trafficking place. A third person was also taken into custody and later released with charges being referred to the Buffalo County District Attorney's Office.
