Two arrested for Eau Claire bank burglary

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- Two suspects have been arrested for a burglary at an Eau Claire bank.

On Monday police were dispatched to a burglary at Winona State Bank. In a Facebook post, the department says the business had been broken into over the weekend. Computers, money and tools were among the items reportedly taken.

Daniel Reeves and Jessica Ness were arrested for the theft. The case is still being investigated and the department says another suspect may be involved. The stolen property has not been recovered.

While investigating officers located numerous items the suspects had touched and left behind.

•Clue #1 - A water bottle was located along with a Kwik Trip receipt for the water bottle purchase.
•Clue #2 -The water bottle had been purchased at a local Kwik Trip within the time frame of the burglary
•Clue #3 -- Officers went to Kwik Trip and obtained surveillance video of the transaction.
•Clue #4 -- Officers recognized the male and female in the surveillance video.
