NEILLSVILLE, Wis. (WEAU) -- Deputies have release the names of the two women killed in a Clark County crash on Friday.

According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, 29-year-old Michelle Kunze, and her passenger, 35-year-old Genie Carrillo, were both killed in the crash.

It happened Friday night on Highway 10 by Sidney Avenue in the Town of Pine Valley, that’ s near Neillsville. Deputies say a pickup driven by 26-year-old Trenton Bemis crossed the center line and hit the car with the two women. Bemis was taken to the hospital for incapacitating injuries; both Kunze and Carrillo were pronounced dead at the scene. Deputies said it's believed the driver of the truck was operating while intoxicated. Speed, road conditions and driver impairment appear to be factors in the crash, according to deputies.
