Court records show Phillip Chism, 39, was charged with seven counts, including third degree sexual assault Monday in Dunn County Court.
Menomonie Police officials say they were called to a domestic incident in the 2700 block of Fryklund Drive last week. According to a criminal complaint, the victim says Chism inappropriately touched her without her consent and threatened to kill her and anyone that she associates with. When police arrived, Chism would not talk to officers and barricaded himself in the apartment. Law enforcement gassed the apartment to get Chism outside.

Chism is scheduled to be in court Tuesday afternoon.
