UPDATE: Name released in fatal farming accident

DUNN COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU) -- The Dunn County Sheriff's Office has released the name of the man who died in a farming accident.

Deputies said 67-year-old Danny Eckert of Menomonie died after getting trapped in a hay baler.

It happened around 3 p.m. on Monday, July 9 in the 6900 block of 513th Street in Menomonie Township.

According to deputies, Eckert got caught in a round baler and died at the scene.
