WIN to move into former Globe University building

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- A local networking and it service company has found a new home in the former Globe University building.

WIN serves the wireless industry in Wisconsin by providing connectivity to cell sites in Wisconsin.

The company's typical client is large businesses or large telecommunication providers such as Verizon Wireless.

WIN is currently located at Banbury Place, but CEO Scott Hoffman says he's been eyeing the Globe University building for three or four years.

"Moving into the building is going to give us a lot more space to spread out, we're a growing company, we've added 40 employees within the last year,” said Hoffman.

Hoffman says the building offers room to grow and they're hoping renovations will be done in time for them to make the transition into the building by the end of February.
