Before his live performance Thursday night at Country Jam USA, country artist Blake Shelton made a teenager’s wish come true.

Mandy Rolbiecki, 17, of Fountain City got her wish fulfilled through the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Mandy has been in and out of the hospital for seven years battling Crohn's Disease.

She says she's a huge Blake Shelton fan! Her favorite song is "Old Red".

Mandy says she was nervous to meet Blake, but that he was a nice guy and a dream come true.

"It's gonna be a memory for a very long time. It was awesome meeting him," Mandy said.
