A capitol scorecard shows Tammy Baldwin and Gwen Moore have the most liberal voting records in the house.

The National Journal tracked voting records and found Wisconsin had the eighth most liberal Democratic delegation in the house last year.

It had the 24th most conservative Republican delegation in the house.

The Journal rates lawmakers using a formula that weighs their votes.
