Wine Pairing tips from MaryKay McIlquham, owner and creator of Autumn Harvest Wine (featured in this section)

Pasta with Cream or Garlic Sauce: Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris or a red in general

Salads and light foods: white wines in general

Chicken/Turkey/Pork: Pinot Gris

Fish: Pinot Noir

Pork/Turkey/Grilled Fish: Northern Lights

Grilled Food: Fruit Wine, White Zinfandel, Apple Wines

Cheese: Fruit Wine, Grape Wine
*mild cheeses will calm dry wines
*light or sweet wines will calm sharp or strong foods and cheeses

Dessert (like cheesecake): Fall Folly

Fruit Salads/Fruit Pizza: Fall Folly Black Raspberry Wine
