Finding your dreams exercise from "Dragonfly Dreams" by Roxanne Lien of Menomonie

Start with 12 index cards or pieces of paper
Think about 12 dreams or goals you have for yourself
Write them down
Narrow the 12 down to 8
Then narrow the 8 down to four
Finally, prioritize to the final goal.

Honor that goal by setting steps to achieve it.

Couples, individuals or groups can do this exercise.
