Memorial fund set up for man killed in train crash

Updated: 04/17/2015 - The fund is for 29 year-old Dustin Keith. Keith was killed when he was clearing brush with a lawn tractor and crossed the railroad tracks. He was hit by a Union Pacific train and died of his injuries.

Longtime city council member passes away

Updated: 04/17/2015 - David Duax won re-election to the Eau Claire City Council earlier this month despite being sick. He worked on many projects during his time with the council, including the new Eau Claire County Jail and the Confluence Project. He also ran for state assembly in 1972 and 1982.
