A former substitute teacher and youth leader pleaded guilty Tuesday to two misdemeanor counts of exposing his genitals to a child.
25-year-old Michael Stratton was sentenced to three years probation as part of a plea deal. During that time, the judge said he can't use computers, the internet or have an electronic device that can transmit an image or text message.
A prosecutor says Stratton was charged earlier this year with a felony count of using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, but the District Attorney decided not to prosecute him for that felony.
In return, he has to pay restitution, and cannot have unsupervised contact with female juveniles or the victims.
