Study Shows Milk Importance

Researchers found that people on a reduced calorie diet who consumed three servings of dairy products each day, lost significantly more weight and more body fat than those who just cut calories while consuming little or no dairy.

The study also found that people are more likely to stay on diet that included dairy products and at least some of their favorite foods.

The American Dairy Association says 69-percent of dieting Americans are currently avoiding milk, cheese, and yogurt.
