Deputies say one person is dead after they were thrown from the SUV they were driving.
The St. Croix County Sheriff's Department says the crash happened just after 6:30 Saturday night on 205th Avenue east of 80th Street in the Town of Star Prairie.
Deputies say a Chevy Suburban driven by 38-year-old Tony S. Bushinger from Somerset was headed east when he lost control and went into a ditch where the SUV rolled and landed on its roof. Bushinger was found partially underneath the Suburban. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Deputies say he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
