Name released of woman who was run over by a wagon
Deputies say a man was arrested and a woman was left with life threatening injuries after a hay wagon ran her over Sunday.

Deputies say a man was arrested and a woman was left with life threatening injuries after a hay wagon ran her over Sunday.
The Trempealeau County Sheriff's Department says it happened around 5:45 p.m. on County Road C near Ettrick. Deputies say 29-year-old Jonathon Nokken of Blair was driving the tractor that was pulling the hay wagon with several others riding on it when 23-year-old Ashley Thompson lost balance and fell off. Deputies say the wagon rolled over her and she was flown to the hospital. They say Nokken left the scene, but deputies later found and arrested him. They say alcohol was involved.

Deputies say one woman has life threatening injuries after she was run over by a tractor Sunday evening.
The Trempealeau County Sheriff's Department says the incident happened around 5:45 p.m. Sunday on County Highway C in the town of Ettrick.
Deputies say the 23-year-old woman fell off a hay wagon that was being pulled by a tractor operated by a 29-year-old man. They say several others were on the wagon.
Deputies say the woman lost balance and fell off the wagon. They say the tires from the wagon rolled over her body. She was flown to Gunderson Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse for life threatening head and leg injuries.
Deputies say the diver of the tractor fled the scene but was later found and arrested. They say alcohol was involved in the accident.
