Troopers say a woman is arrested for third offense intoxicated while driving.

Troopers say a woman is arrested for third offense OWI.
The State Patrol says a trooper stopped 27-year-old Stephanie Frank of New Auburn just after 10:00 Sunday night. It happened on County Highway S near Chippewa Falls.
The State Patrol says there were three children in the vehicle at the time of the arrest. Their ages were 7, 3, 2-year-old.
