Woman arrested for OWI with daughter in the car
Troopers say the woman's 5-year-old daughter was in the vehicle when she was arrested.

A Muskego woman was arrested after troopers say she was driving under the influence with her daughter in the car.
The Wisconsin State Patrol says Holly Smart, 27, was arrested for operating while under the influence of a controlled substance. Troopers say Smart's 5-year-old daughter was in the vehicle when she was arrested.
It happened just before 9 p.m. Monday night on I-94 near Black River Falls in Jackson County. The state patrol says she was pulled over after someone reported an erratic driver.
