On Tuesday, a Dane County Judge ruled Independent Presidential Candidate Ralph Nader ineligible for the Wisconsin Ballot.
Thursday night, the Wisconsin Supreme Court overturned the decision on appeal.
The court ruled that Nader substantially complied with all state requirements to be placed on the ballot.
State Democrats had sued to block Nader's bid, saying his candidacy papers did not include electors from each congressional district, as required by state law.
The unanimous decision ends a two week legal battle between Nader and Wisconsin Democrats.
