Plane Crashes in Altoona
Two men are reported safe after their small plane crashed in Altoona.
Officials say the men were on their way back from madison when the plane lost power crash landed.
The plane clipped a few power lines on its way down, causing some people in the neighborhood to lose power. Officers say some nearby streets will be blocked off until the Federal Aviation Administration gets there to investigate and remove the plane.
No one was injured in the crash.
