Carole King Stumps for Kerry

Carole King is crisscrossing the country in support of the Kerry/Edwards ticket and made a stop at a cafe on Water Street in Eau Claire.

King highlighted concerns of women voters and also had messages about the candidates' plans to increase good paying jobs, provide affordable healthcare, and balance the budget.

After King spoke, she sang, with the crowd, one of her popular songs from the '70s, "You've Got a Friend."
