Bush, Kerry About Even In Wisconsin

The Badger Poll released Friday shows President Bush and his Democratic opponent John Kerry are still about even throughout
Wisconsin four days before the general election.

545 "likely voters" taken last Saturday through Wednesday show 48% backing the Republican president, with 45% for Kerry. The poll has a margin of error of plus-or-minus four percentage points. About three percent of all those polled said they would likely vote for Ralph Nader.

The poll is a joint project between the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel and the Capital Times of Madison.
