One man escapes with just minor injuries after firefighters say his truck smashed into a semi tanker truck.

The crash happened around 1:30 Friday afternoon at the overpass of Hwy 29 and Hwy 27 in Cadott.

Investigators say the semi was crossing from the off-ramp to the on-ramp when it collided with the pick-up.

Investigators say they aren't sure who's at fault, but they're shocked no one was hurt.

Assistant Chief Jason Thom of the Cadott Fire Department says, "Too see something like that is amazing. When you first pull up and you see that, you think the worst but fortunately everybody's okay and nobody got injured."

Thom says when crews arrived the male pickup driver was out of the truck and walking around. The male driver and female passenger in the semi also weren't hurt.
